Yes, you can get rid of cellulite, is it easy? No. Unlike access weight which we can make go away with some exercise and a small change to our diet, cellulite doesn’t respond the same way. You see the nature of cellulite is fat cells stuck in the deep tissue fibers of the legs, buttocks, stomach and arms. It’s not the type of fat that our body burns for energy, which is why exercise doesn’t burn it off, but there are options. This article explores the different methods you can use to get rid of cellulite.

Surgery to get rid of cellulite

Surgery is an alternative, all though be it an expensive and painful one, that will get rid of cellulite. The operation actually removes the cellulite from the problem areas on your body. The down fall here is really the chance of scarring, and the pain you must go through to accomplish it. I would put this on the bottom of my list.

Diet and Exercise

I know I said diet won’t help get rid of cellulite, but I didn’t tell the whole truth about exercise. If you spend time sculpting and toning the muscles say in your upper legs, and that’s where you suffer form cellulite the worst you will see improvements. By toning the muscles you’ll change the shape of that part of your leg, which in turn can smooth out the skin on the surface, there by reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Whether you are upgrading, buying your first LCD monitor or buying a monitor to use as a second screen the following explanations will help in your decision making.

Some of the key features to consider include:

Size

The size of your monitor depends on how you want to use it. Large monitors are great for watching movies, playing games or viewing slideshows of photographs. However check to ensure you have the space before purchasing. Also if you are thinking you will use a large monitor to view documents side by side consider instead buying two smaller monitors.

Contrast Ratio

In terms of actual specifications for LCD monitors there are not too many too consider by contrast ratio and response time can be important for specialist users. Contrast ratio is the difference in light intensity between the brightest white and the deepest black. This becomes important if you are gaming or doing graphic editing work. Higher contrast ratios will display more grey shades and ‘blacker’ blacks.

Response time

A lower response time means the lcd monitor refreshes faster. For the majority of computer used this is not an issue and a response time of around 12 ms or lower is fine, but if you intend to use the monitor for gaming you will want a response time of 5 ms or lower.

Viewing angle

This is the angle beyond which the screen will darken and be difficult to see. Some monitors may have narrow viewing angle to give you increased privacy but this is normally a feature of laptops Having a wider viewing angle is important if you are wanting to watch the screen with a number of people.
